Fitness has always been a part of my life, I always looked forward to sports day and the cross country run at school when most of my friends had a sick note!
Running is my first love and where my passion for fitness started. I regularly compete in organized races to challenge myself and have medals for 2 London marathons and a Paris marathon to show for it. (I love a good medal)
For many years I have helped to coach and support friends and family with their own fitness goals and I love it. It's always been my passion so I decided during lockdown to get the qualifications, setup K Fit and begin to build a new career as a PT, my dream job!
You will get honesty, authenticity and FUN! Whatever your age or fitness level – I can help you to reach your goal.

Kickstart is designed to help you to shake off bad habits & set you on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals.
My online coaching is an investment in your health and wellbeing, it will guide and educate you towards your personal goal and deliver a healthy, active, long-lasting lifestyle change.
You will find there's no bullsh*t, no fad diets, shakes or super low-calorie diets that leave you feeling "HANGRY!"
To get the most from this program you will need hard work, honesty, consistency and access to some basic resistance training kit.
8 Week Beginners Running Programme
I love to run. Running is where my passion for sport, fitness & nutrition began. For me, there is nothing more therapeutic than putting on my trainers and getting out there! It has led me to compete in races up and down the country, from local 5k & 10k events through to the Great North Run, London & Paris Marathons and even a 24-hour endurance race!
I've created this program to share my passion with others, so they too can experience the joy of running.
This course is strictly for beginners &/or those returning to running.
Included in the program is a weekly coach-led group run, with 2 weekly homework runs, structured to increase in distance gradually to steadily improve your stamina. All building up to the K-Fit 5k event at the end of the 8 weeks!

RUNNING COACHING - SOFA TO HALF MARATHON!
I began my running training with Kayleigh having never run before. I wanted a new challenge and to restore fitness after my second pregnancy. Initially we set the target of 5k, but I soon surpassed that goal with Kayleigh’s help and support.
At the start of training, I was unable to run for even a minute without struggling, but very quickly my fitness and stamina improved.
I’ve recently been able to run a half marathon with Kayleigh creating a realistic, achievable training programme for me to follow. I still can’t believe how far I’ve come, and that is thanks to Kayleigh’s perfect balance of pushing me just enough to achieve my potential, whilst building my confidence and self belief.
