RUNNING COACHING - SOFA TO HALF MARATHON!
I began my running training with Kayleigh having never run before. I wanted a new challenge and to restore fitness after my second pregnancy. Initially we set the target of 5k, but I soon surpassed that goal with Kayleigh’s help and support.
At the start of training, I was unable to run for even a minute without struggling, but very quickly my fitness and stamina improved.
I’ve recently been able to run a half marathon with Kayleigh creating a realistic, achievable training programme for me to follow. I still can’t believe how far I’ve come, and that is thanks to Kayleigh’s perfect balance of pushing me just enough to achieve my potential, whilst building my confidence and self belief. I would recommend Kayleigh to anyone looking for running support, whether starting from scratch or looking to tackle a new challenge.
